Terms & Conditions

Add $15.00 to the price of board order - for a special board cut, or quote not already listed on our order form. For example a custom three-foot board order price $29.00 for the first board and then back to the price of $14.00 for each board thereafter.

Each piece is custom made for each order therefore, the return and exchange policy is limited. Please verify your order codes, board colors, and letter color choices before placing your order to prevent any errors. Please note that all color choices are final.

Understand that each piece of wood is unique and that they have natural "flaws" and shapes. Each item is hand made and carries the one-of-a-kind characteristics of each piece of wood and workmanship. However, please trust that we take great pride in our work and we make every effort to find the best pieces of lumber to complete your orders.

We begin handcrafting your items within the first couple of days upon receiving your order our goal is to ship/deliver them to you about two weeks of the order placement. After the items leave our workshop, the shipping times may vary according to the carrier.

Orders are shipped UPS and charges will vary depending on order amount and the bulk size of each order. Because of the nature of our product, shipping charges will vary; the more products that you order the lower your shipping price will be per item. We make our best effort to keep shipping charges to a minimum.

You may pick up your orders at our business by appointment only.

We can deliver your order but will charge a $15.00 fee for any deliveries within the Denver metro area and $20.00 for deliveries outside of the Denver area to the surrounding foothill areas and communities.

Rush orders are considered orders to be filled in two weeks or under. Each rush orders will be billed $2.00 per board.
